I actually did that but it didn't work, they said my group is still in review and I should wait more, but again I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks now, as for the group name and cover photo I am not able to change them.

I think this is a bug, someone who's facing the same issue told me it's been like that for more than 5 months.

it's been more than 3 weeks for me, I have contacted support more times than i can count, but nothing so far, I do have some restrictions on my personal profile though, someone said that must be the problem, so I am gonna wait till they go away and see .
