Nice concept for a starter, but you need to work on your execution. Practice using illustrator if you are planning to make logos for a living.

the 1st logo will not lose any details if you scale it smaller. It's better but try to make it more unique.

Hey keval007, your page looks decent, but you don't want to settle for that. You have to make sure your site will look fresh and modern. You already have a good grasp of the basics, you just have to learn to design currently.

If the coder and designer are diff people then it's better to have a diff layout for each template. To avoid confusion and corrections. It's a lot a work but it's worth it at the same time. Specially if everything is correct and perfect the first time it's coded (as far as design is concerned)
