Hey so practically what are you saying, I have a lot of 100+ subscribers organic channels with long form videos. I need them all to rank good, what exactly can I do?

I have alot of old channels 3 function with 1mil+ views atleast 100+ subscribers, i need them to rank on different niches. I use boosters but they dont stick, I need it to perform good. What can I do? and if I cannot make a channel rank, how to know which channels will rank which wont?
