Yup. As far as I have personally experienced all "fresh" accounts with just few tweets, no followers and no "legit" activity are handled by the spamfilter.

You didn't specify all the details - if you want to send 1kk messages from ONE Twitter account just like that it's just technically impossible. You should have tons of Twitter accounts to send that many messages in a short period of time - although they will most likely get blocked after doing...

It depends on what you connect your Twitter accounts with. If you're spamming a lot - it's just typical. If you're using personal account with some kind of bot and you see that message make sure that your delays are input correctly. Most likely it happens when you use a tool that uses Twitter...

Actually the only way will be to re-buy the domain or contact with Twitter support. Although I'm not sure if they will be able to help.

Be careful if you bot via Twitter API. It is easily traceable.

Sometimes even 10k would be enough. Everything depends on the account's niche and followers-gaining potential. There is no one exact answer.
