Buy site on flippa very rare....cos many profesional filler play with their own site, make site look good, good traffic etc..but many of it is fake.... Make sure 100% that site realy good before you deal

if you want use manual methode...follow this step on post/page editor...create custom fields eg: keyword and description then on header.php if keyword then echo here; endif ==== same for description... thanx

use url encoded..that to cleanup

use inline css like this <a href="#" style="color:white">link</a> you can change white with hexa code also

Depend your site and your experience. If your site is new site, dont compete with that competitor....

easy way is save as html.... if you know about httracker software to grab site...use that.
