Yess!! The problem has been resolved in a little period of time. I have sent a video-capture and following their advice, I have create a folder with the user and the password. And it woks perfectly!! Thanks a lot for your help!!

Thanks for your answer, but I´ve done the same process and it doesn´t work... I have try a lot of conbinations and it doesn´t work. Of course that I have download the new version. I follow with the problem...when I write the password...automatically the user it's erased... It's a pretty strange...
