I am also looking for these settings. I currently have mine going at 150-180 follows a day and 200-260 unfollows. I have been running these settings for the last couple weeks without an issue but am getting very little follows. Does anyone have working settings as of NOVEMBER 2015?

i was follow unfollowing and liking only.. not commenting! not sure why i got banned. i kept mine real low and i was not spamming. Also people loved my posts as they had hundreds of likes and comments
