Why don't you just use a socialmediaexchange site for those things? You can set the daily amount of clicks!

Use addmefast. They are a good alternative for free views/subs. Use an imacros script by me or rushingwind.

Look at atshoutout atshoutouts2win at_shout0ut they are good examples of successful shoutout pages. use their templates and you should be fine.

Have you tried asking people specifically if they can provide this? Just use their contact form. Most sellers should have one.
