I was scammed by that user as well. However he is already banned so there is nothing to do.

I paid 100 usd as a top up, 15 usd for the account and 5 usd as a top up fee, so luckily not a big deal for me and I am not going to escalate it. But other people deserve to know that here you cannot get a service, just a scam. But it is my mistake, 15 usd fee for account and only 5 % top up fee...

I contacted this guy, tranfered money and in that moment he deleted all chat and do not communicate. Will see if he will deliver the account or it is just a scam. For now STAY AWAY.
