I am not an expert on this but a UK company looks like a good option for businesses that usually don't live very long. If you are about to ditch your business by fiscal year end or move it to some other jurisdiction, isn't UK company a good place to start with the low cost involved?

It depends on what you sell. But when an issue arises, a stealth account with payment proof from PP helps more with eBay disputes. And sorry about that I can't go into the details. But this is something I have seen happening first hand.

Yes. I can't go to details on this thing but if you know PayPal's limitation policies and how they 'trust' a seller, it is easy to see why eBay and PP is the only combination they will like.
