She wouldn't even be considering it if it wasn't paid. She'll be paid between 16 and 18 an hour. And her safety is one of my major concerns, I've been to enough bars to know that they aren't always the safest of places.

As much as that idea appeals to me, she would see it as me not trusting her. That and someone would probably feel up on her and I'd get pissed and end up getting her in trouble or something.
