For hosting is hostgator the best I think, but I am not with them right now. I will join them soon, because my current hosting provider doesn't support cron jobs (this is ipage btw).

Well, they are already preparing some translations in other languages, including german. So basically technically this are not new versions, they are just user interface translations, programming logic behind the UI is the same... Oh, and I am not German, but I understand German better than...
