Hello everyone, I want to make Android app for education material and i want to implement advertising in it, if i use PTC site to generate traffic and viewing ad in my apl, does google block my admobs account?

Can i implementation Facebook ad in my app rather than google ? Which is better google admobs or Facebook ad ?? Same thing happened if i do with Facebook ad

To be honest, i dont know anything apart from making android app, what is niche , what is high cpc, how to get more traffic etc, please suggest me real and good source of learning if available
