Like Tony said every service has their own crawler bots and since most of them are the same
it means all backlinks have been indexed a long time meaning the domain is probably carrying some
decent PR.
I never trust any self-proclaimed Gurus. First of all it's a self entitlement and I know personally
FB advertising is not what it claims to be. And we have all heard on the news how fraudulent it
can be even being defrauded from FB.
I think the original poster is really wanting to get away from those sites so finding an individual
Romanian outsource company would be preferred and something I would also be interested in.
Anytime you buy a trademarked domain you need to do it using bitcoin under an alias if you want it
bad enough. That way if you get a cease and desist letter it's not like you are liable. However you need
to consider if it's even worth it in the first place.
I don't like messing with outsourcing websites like Odesk and so on. I prefer finding individuals who have some
talent that I can personally know and contact. So go ahead and find people through any means of social media.
If it's a small property management group then I seriously doubt they are head hunting

The industry you just picked is not one for the novice and requires a lot of hard work and money that
drains you before any return is achieved. And in order to do it you really need offshore hosting and know

Personally I think every business whether it is online or offline requires you to have a product or
a decent affiliate program you are marketing. After that it comes down to gaining business relationships
and figuring out a way to generate sales which usually means traffic.
