I'd say, if you'll be losing sleep or time over the investment, it's not worth it, unless you want to do it for learning purposes. If you want to invest and forget then sure, it could be worth it in 5-10 years.

Not true at all. Account age is one of the factors that affect the level of trust. So is ad spend.
But it doesn't mean that aged accounts are bulletproof, they can be ruined in the same ways new accounts are ruined.
