UPDATE: switched to hilltop ads for vast and banners + popads for popunders and lospollos for smartlink. No significant revenue as of now, I tried some sort of arbitrage thing but that went ass up very fast, also purchased some guest posts and some other shit. Also uploaded a sitemap to GSC...
