What's the point of linking each adsense to one channel if you are still using the same bank account details to receive money from 20 different adsense account

I have a question to ask you bro, do you think YouTube can link a channel on different devices together just because you're using same internet router (which means same ip that changes after like 7days)? I thought it will not make sense if they do since the ip isn't permanent and keeps changing...
