I think having 1000 subscribers is great, and making new channels just slows you down, so don't make new channels; instead, change your channel name and just drop an announcement on your channel like, "Hey guys, from now on we are doing X stuff, and it will be more entertaining and fun to watch...

I'm not good with Instagram yet, but haven't you tried using appcloner? You can put your different proxies in it and make every Instagram app different in terms of location, IP, and a lot of other things. Don't use bots; do it yourself, and don't act spamish.
