Probably. Anyway here are 2 tricks you can give a shot: 1. I don't know how your page builder works but try to resize the content or sidebar's column in a way that they don't add up to 100%, like 60% + 35%. 2. Hardcoding CSS: Add "display: flex" to the container of both content and sidebar...

I rather have someone write me a good iMacro script for a one-off cost. No trust issues involved, kind of cheaper compared to hiring people, and scalable.

Try your site on some other browsers and see how it turns out. Usually, there's just a few minor differences between browsers on how they handle CSS (styling) but this shouldn't be the case. Anyway I'd need to look at your actual site to be having a clearer idea of what's going here.
