There is many networks that offering popunders.. I suggest that you go to other direction.. find a "video-ads" company - that can generate more money for you than regular banner ads. there is some I know that supports Italian traffic - PM for more information

Try diabolic bot traffic (I think its have also youtube module for generate views)

I've heard about youtube bot traffic named "diabolic" - give it a try (try to search for download in Google or ask someone here on the forums to provide you link)

No matter which network you choose - just check that their traffic isn't blocked by the new Chrome popup blocker.. as I understand Chrome added in the last version a built in popup blocker that cause many pop under networks problems..
