Hello, What's the recommended percentage of the main keyword in the article? I mean, I am using 40 times my main keyword "health". The article has around 800 words, it's like 6% Percentage. Thanks!

I think it is the keyword research. Google doesn't know what's your website about and that's why you are not ranking. As you see below, the keyword "cookie" is mentioned to close times as one of bankers.
