To be fair, Shez has always said this is a BH plugin and it's to be used at your own risk. Anyone with half a brain would never take the risk of using this on a money site.

Yes. Has the licensing server issue been fixed? I'm not happy installing any plugin which displays "red flag" text whenever the author's licensing server is unavailable. If you are worried about piracy (?) then why not disable the plugin if the licensing server is down - but displaying a link...
