Rackspace is the best but expensive, honestly after that I would say GoDaddy to be fair.

I bought "2X" today, it's quite exciting -the prospect of being able to buy something that goes up and down in value is kind of like the stock market without the risk. I tried to buy more but no one was willing to sell. Thanks for this.
