yeah pinterest still works well for long term traffic especially for evergreen count. it does not give fast spikes like tiktok but the traffic tends to be more stable once pins start ranking and getting saved.

yeah i have seen internal linking makes a noticeable difference especially on already indexed sites. it would not usually replace backlinks but it can move pages up faster when the site already has some authority and the structure is improved properly.
