Zoho will ban your account if you are a heavy link builder like me. My Zoho account got banned after using GSA SER for a few days.
It's best to get a dedicated server and be done with it. I am also researching this. Great guide, brother!
I know free emails from major providers are the most successful I've got. But it's a bit expensive, and what about them being banned often? My list provider gave me some after I requested them, which I use with a VPN a lot.
