You have a direct link to what? Are you capable of getting traffic ? If you have a website, I'd suggest placing it there, in a spot that everyone will see when they open your page, on browser or mobile. Some adverts dont like you sending directly to their links or putting their links somewhere ...

Change the proxy to your pc, or a host somewhere? You could always write a little script todo it yourself, and then enable something like ngrok, to send your request from anywhere to the host machine. What operating system ?

Python would prob be a lil easier for you to use, and a lot less overhead of an entire framework like Laravel
