Has anyone used this traffic for ClickBank products and gotten any ROI?

I have a few more questions: 1.If I buy the 1 Million WW Package, can I split the visitors between multiple URL's? 2.If the first question's answer is yes, can I set individual limits on each daily visitor count per URL? 3.What type of visitors are these? (PTC/Iframe/Expired Domain/Etc.)...

If you are in the US, this could be construed as mail fraud. That is, if you use the address for any purpose that violates a ToS or to use a drop to hide yourself and profit in any way. Really depends on what your doing.
