I don't think that it is good idea to buy IDs :) and not very legal. Better to hire designer on upwork or elance and ask him to make fake IDs

Guys from India make it for $5-$15. But usually they don'tcare about quality. I recommend to work with designers from Ukraine and Estonia. They work by hourly rate and take $10-$15 per hour. Yes it will be more expensive but you will get really great quality

just try to use kuler by Adobe) its free and there are a lot of color combination

photoshop and illustrator are one love! but if you work with iMac try sketch

just find inspiration and copy works of top designers on dribbble and behance
