You can check out SoundcloudBot (see signature). It probably won't by itself help you get so many followers, but it has tools to help manage your soundcloud automatically.

Really? I'm surprised that they don't track IPs... Are you saying if you open your browser up and hit play on some track, refresh your browser, then hit play again it's supposed to increase the number of plays? Our experience differs... Or do you create a bunch of accounts then have them hit...

Well for many artists SoundCloud is the place they post music to. Considering that it is a social network, there's a lot of time wasting managing accounts (adding friends, messaging, sharing songs to "groups"). Label owners and artists often need these types of tools.

Keep in mind guys that it's very difficult to artificially increase plays. Soundcloud tracks plays by account and by IP. Use tools to get organic traffic to your tracks with real comments and plays. The problem is that managing this (for example, sharing to groups or messaging friends) is time...
