Yea i think youtube fix the view count problem. You don't see that notice about it when you look at your uploaded videos page.

I would add more likes to your video (Use EnhanceViews). it will tell youtube that your video is relevant to the keywords. also use socialadr (Google it) to get you some back links from web 2.0 sites. Both are free. good luck

You should first have your supply ready before you take on the demand. There is a service on fiverr that offers 20,000 views for 5 bucks, you can use sites like enhanceviews, have your your client seo his video so he can get his own views.
