it depends on what you want. scrape? python scrapy bot? python twisted or easy to use mechanize. hope it helps

it will work, but it no so easy to configure. I use many tor instances, with privoxy on top. every X request you need to reset identity. It will be slow as hell with scrapebox, but with custom made bot works really fast with multithreading. Anyways, paid proxy is the best
