if you didn't have any info, technically they can't do anything about it. however that's a small amount and you should pay it instead of going through a hassle of making another account

no it's not for $50. the court fees cost more than $50. I think he meant when you use a service to sign up for LLC which is $50 + the court fees in wherever you make the LLC as it varies per state

yea if you ask them right away, a lot of them will be open to it as long as it's not scam/fraud
