really want them organically, but im not sure how to get users to follow me

Hi there, just started a brand new acc. in three days i followed 50 people, and only gained 5 followers. i try to grow without bots etc. cause im on a budget. i was wondering if any has tips for me, cause this isnt working out so far. thanks for tips!!:);)

first focus on gettin more followers, then use like rounds for every post. for now i should only use that group for one post a week, to look less fishy, it actually makes that post look like a 'viral post'.
