I had a bad experience with smmfansfast. They aren't serious. If you buy something you will wait a long time for your likes/followers/etc. I bought in February 2019 some packages and I got likes 1 month later.

You haven't got the idea. If you will make a website for a popular guy ... he will redirect his fans from instagram / facebook / etc to your blog where you'll have adsense. You will could monetize it with his traffic.
