How many backlinks is it safe to create a day If automated links are generated?

The speed is ok. But it is not as advertised. Most of the proxies are banned by Google. Every single requests require captcha solving. Not recommend their expensive packages. Those packages are a waste of money. Use the cheapest package is enough.
