What should I say to the bank? because the refund made by meta is not complete. the rest are still being held by them. don't know why this is? Until now there has been no resolution to this issue.

just call meta support and tell them chronology, and they will investigate it,, and would refund ASAP.. but for my case.. refund not full. and I try to foll up meta but not result significant. And their responds always say can not refund again. I don't know why..
