I’d mainly check 4 things: niche relevance, real organic traffic, quality of the linking page, and natural link placement. DR can be a useful reference, but I wouldn’t use it as the main deciding factor.
I think the linking page ranking can be a positive signal. A page that’s relevant, indexed, and actually getting organic visibility feels more valuable than a page that has strong site-level metrics. I’d look at page relevance and real traffic alongside domain authority.
