It seems before Oct 5 it is possible to get verified with the old rules. But it will be revoked after that date. Many competitors got verified by old rules as well.

How can an offer be authorized if it is impossible to get a ling from .gov website?

Does anyone know how businesses that provide visas manage to advertise on Google? Pretty much a lot of ads of such services, which have zero signs they could be "certified" by google as the requirements are practically impossible to fulfill. But they are up and running.

Fun fact : many countries actually write on their websites, that document assistance is allowed (as travellers mostly have no clue how to fill in the forms properly) and does not require licensing or special authorizations. But google does not accept "everyone is allowed". Seems a strong SEO and...
