It says to my adsense that my finalized earnings is 500$ I set my payment for Western Union, but I am not sure how will I be able to encash it, there's no Western Union number that is required for cashing remittance right? pls help

If my channel is earning 30k views a day, would it be advisable to quit my day job and focus more on yt videos production? If not, when should be the right time to do so (quitting day job)?
