download the files they need to work on, then send them via email. when you get the files back check over it, or have someone look over it to make sure they didnt add any backdoors. Thats how ive always done it

Ya i got that same thing after my acc's were banned from movie/tv show sites lol. oh well, was only $80 between 2 accounts, lesson learned, just getting traffic to site now with no locker and flipping them lol
