Sounds great! There are lots of this kind of product out there. You guys can google it. I'm using IP-guard to monitor my employees and I think it's pretty good. It has plenty monitoring features but not only screen monitoring. Hope you can get your favorite monitoring software.

Try IP-guard's Website Monitoring Module. It's really useful. I'm using it right now. You can see what sites employees have been visited, how long did they stay. Moreover, you can block those sites that you don't want them to access. The awesome thing is that you can watch the related computer...
