To clarify, my company already has an official channel for posting advertisements on the forum. I'd like to ask if I can use a different account to include a link to that advertisement in the signature section?

Section 5.1 Terms and Rules: "Banners should not be similar to other advertisers on the site so as to mislead or create confusion or passing off." Could that lead to my account and the seller's account being flagged? I read in the policy that an agency is not allowed to create multiple accounts...
