it's not good enough, you can try if you want - I tried, it's ok for normal text base, but recaptcha is a different story I don't mean you need to rewrite them, you need to train it more

does it support API for developer? can I write a wrapper to send captcha for it to solve?

There are plenty of projects on github but none are download and use You will need to collect tons of captcha and train it urself :) so if you value your time, it's costly
