Perhaps someone in a less developed country can perform the same job at a much cheaper rate. Many people have lost jobs and contracts because of overseas outsourcing in recent years. Maybe it's time to look for something that can't be outsourced.....

I suggest you look at video scribe by sparkol. It lets you create animations then quickly draws them automatically. Another would be PowToon.
