As others have said, Massplanner is gone, even if you can get it, is useless now, has not been updated and IG changed so much in the last couple of months. Jarvee is the evolution of Massplanner, so, give it a try.

same issues here, but as others have said, keep your actions really low. I think 300 is still too much, keep it below 200 likes and 200 follows a day, and less than 40 actions per hour. Warm up slowly.
