Depends a lot on your niche and traffic GEO. I’ve seen people get better RPM with networks like Mediavine, Raptive, or Ezoic, but it’s not always a straight upgrade. Test a few and compare real RPM, not just the promises.
For these niches, account history and compliance are usually the biggest issues. I’ve seen people get suspensions because of landing pages, claims, or targeting setup more than the ads itself.
Different GEOs can behave completely differently even with the same setup. I usually check traffic quality, competition, audience behavior, and conversion rate before changing everything. If the GEO keeps burning budget after enough data, I just cut it and move budget to the winners.
