It's fine. Facebook will probably request an verification using an ID. It's completely situational though. I've 3 accounts, just one got this ID verification.

You should take it easy... You've posted too quickly after years of frozen. You probably not shadowbanned, but the algorithm got confused abou which video it should boost.

I believe consistency, focus on a specific niche and start building around it. Most of people also have more than one account, with different targets and contents, if one fails the other can make some numbers and so on.
