Can you offer anyone for web hosting related jobs? Or is it strictly restricted to the jobs you mentioned?

Usually there are some gateways which always cause issues no matter if you have a merchant account or not. It really depends on what sort of business you have in the end.

Perhaps trade the money for some other payment processor (which you have a verified account with). Then direct bank transfer.

Perhaps sort out a Fraud Detection system. There are many out there, its better to pay a small amount for that than keep losing chargebacks/disputes.

Try contacting them about the pay via their contact email/form. You might just get useful information.
