Even I maintain a Manual Growth agency in US and out of 100 accounts I manage there are 2 or 5 which get soft blocks here and there but key is to run the Service so your Account gets habitual of it,I have one account which got same but now running fine since 3 months.

You recieve this message when there is sudden influx in actions,Your Account was inactive for long?? Also not necessary if one account has this then IG updated something,Any Growth Service runs tons of Accounts and 1 or 2 might have issue which is normal.And this is Temp block so it seems it...
