Made around 400 blogs within one week - all with unique content and spread around 30 platforms, the site went up from 70 something to 40 something and then well... i made around 100 blogs within 2 days, pinged (in portions as they were created) and today morning I saw it went down by 300...

I'd suggest using both and also... use different tag style so: "<a href=","<A HREF=","<A Href=","<a Href=" and: "<a title href=","<A TITLE HREF=","<A Title Href=","<a Title Href=" and the same as above but with title after href and use various breaks so <BR>< br></ br><p><center> etc.
